Cuban Vice President’s Visit to Strengthen Ties with Belarus

Cuban First Vice President Miguel Diaz-Canel starts today a visit to Belarus, which will further strengthen the ties between both countries in diferent areas, an official source said.

The spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmitry Mironchik, said that the ties between Cuba and Belarus are solid and both sides are willing to strengthen those ties even more.

During an interview with Prensa Latina about the visit that the Cuban leader starts this Sunday, the spokesman expressed optimism about the benefits it will bring.
