Democracy in Cuba, Special Issue at Symposium”s Final Session

The characteristics of democracy in Cuba, the country”s solidarity policy and the paradigmatic nature of its revolution were stressed on the final day of the symposium “Cuba in History,” held in Peru.

They were the key aspects to discuss “Cuba Incidence in the Continental Scenario,” and were analyzed by Nicaraguan Ambassador to Peru Marcela Perez Silva, Former Peruvian Ambassador to Cuba Victor Mayorga and the first secretary of the Embassy of Venezuela, Nicolas Picado, who was representing the Venezuelan Embassy.
