Iranian filmmaker Abbas Kiarostami hopes one day to shoot one of his films in Cuba, addressing its rich culture. That, precisely, motivated him to conduct the workshops that continue in the vicinity of the capital.
That statement was made to Prensa Latina by the director of the acclaimed film Where Is My Friend’s Home? after the screening of the audiovisual at the Cinematheque of Cuba.
I hope to work here someday, but as I have a clear program of my future, I could not say now when that will happen, he added.
